On November 27, 2020, Conch Venture and Shanghai Nengyuan Environmental Technology Development Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation and joint agreement in Beijing. The two parties will establish a joint company to give full play to their respective advantages in their respective fields and jointly promote soil remediation, terminal disposal, and sludge disposal.
According to the agreement, in line with the principle of "strong alliance, complementary advantages, mutual benefit, and common development", the two parties will start deep cooperation in energy conservation and environmental protection across the country by starting from business cooperation in soil remediation, sludge disposal business, and sludge incineration power generation .
It is understood that Nengyuan Environment is a leading enterprise in the field of domestic environmental restoration, and has rich operational experience and technical advantages in the fields of soil and groundwater restoration, ecological restoration of mines and industrial operations, and solid and hazardous waste treatment and disposal such as sludge.
